Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 19, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Middle Middle, LLC (“AirGraphic,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the AirGraphic service. We collect the minimum we need to run the Service and to improve it.
Information we collect
- Account data. Email, authentication metadata, and (if you sign in with Google) basic profile data permitted by the OAuth scopes you grant.
- Inputs. Source URLs, pasted text, uploaded PDFs, slide decks, and images you submit; brand profiles you save; settings such as aspect ratio, format, and style notes.
- Outputs. Generated infographics and their metadata, including a mirrored copy stored in our database and object storage so the Service can deliver them reliably.
- Usage data. API keys you create, request and error logs, rate-limit counters, credit ledger entries, and approximate marginal cost per generation for unit-economics analysis.
- Billing data. Subscription status and plan held by us; payment-card data is collected and stored by our payment processor, not by AirGraphic.
- Device and network data. IP address, user agent, and similar information collected automatically by our hosting and observability providers.
How we use it
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
- To process generations and deliver outputs.
- To bill paid plans and reconcile credits.
- To prevent abuse, secure accounts, and enforce our policies.
- To communicate with you about your account or the Service.
- To analyze aggregated usage so we can improve quality, latency, and cost. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your inputs or outputs to train third-party models without your explicit consent.
How we share it
We share information with vendors that process data on our behalf (“sub-processors”), as listed below. We may also share information when required by law, to enforce our Terms, or in connection with a corporate transaction. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
We use established third-party providers to deliver the Service, including providers for cloud hosting, authentication, payments, AI inference, and public-source extraction. We share only the information needed for each provider to perform its function on our behalf. A current list of our service providers is available on request at ethan@middlemiddlellc.com.
Retention
We retain account data for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period afterward to meet legal and operational requirements. Generations are retained until you delete them or close your account; deleted generations and accounts may persist in encrypted backups for a limited period.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email ethan@middlemiddlellc.com. We will respond as required by applicable law.
California residents
California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information we collect and to request deletion. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
International transfers
The Service is operated from the United States. If you access it from outside the U.S., you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. and other countries where our sub-processors operate.
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide additional notice.
