Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: May 19, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes conduct that is not allowed on AirGraphic. It supplements our Terms of Service. By using the Service, you agree to follow it.

Prohibited content

You may not use the Service to create, host, or distribute:

  • Content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, or any other third-party right.
  • Deceptive material — fabricated quotes, fake statistics, impersonation of real people or organizations, or content designed to mislead about events or facts.
  • Sexual content, content depicting minors in any sexual context, graphic violence, or content that promotes self-harm.
  • Hate speech, harassment, or content that incites violence against a person or group based on a protected characteristic.
  • Content that promotes illegal activity, terrorism, or the creation of weapons.
  • Personal data (names, faces, contact details) about identifiable individuals without a lawful basis.

Prohibited conduct

  • Submitting sources you do not have the right to use, including paywalled or non-public material you accessed without authorization.
  • Attempting to circumvent rate limits, quotas, credit costs, or access controls (including sharing or reselling API keys).
  • Reverse engineering, scraping, or probing the Service for vulnerabilities outside of a responsible-disclosure program.
  • Reselling or sublicensing the Service, or using it to build a competing service.
  • Using the Service to send unsolicited messages or to facilitate phishing, malware, or other malicious activity.
  • Using the Service in a way that interferes with other users or degrades the platform.

Automated and agent use

You may call the Service from scripts, agents, and integrations using your API keys. You are responsible for everything that runs under your keys. Keep keys out of public repositories, prompts, and shared logs. Agents must respect the same rules as humans — the AUP applies regardless of whether a person or a program initiated the request.

Reporting and enforcement

To report a violation, contact ethan@middlemiddlellc.com. We may investigate suspected violations and may, at our discretion, remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, refuse service, or report illegal activity to the appropriate authorities. Enforcement decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.

Changes

We may update this AUP from time to time. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
